Weight Loss Update: Part 2

Hey guys! Back with another weight loss update that I’m super excited and proud to share with all of you. Since we have last spoke, I have officially lost 13 pounds!!

I was over the moon with these results and I’m looking forward to continuing my progress for a better, healthier me!

I also want to say that this journey takes a lot of hard work, and it’s in no way easy. I don’t mean for these updates to be braggy, but inspiring. I know how much of struggle it can be to find motivation and/or to stick with a workout routine. It’s been a little more difficult since I’ve gone back to work, but I’m forcing myself to cut out time to exercise.

Exercising doesn’t have to be about how you look physically, it’s also beneficial for your mental state too. And the thought of quitting or not working out hasn’t even crossed my mind because of all the progress that I have made.

I have been maintaining a healthy diet as best I can, because suddenly going back to work full time isn’t easy either. But I’m not beating myself up about it. I’m still watching what I eat, and keep on top of working out.

I’m excited to watch where this healthier lifestyle takes me, and I can’t wait to share more with you.
