Hearst Castle- what a sight to behold.
Ah yes, two of my favorite places in the San Luis Obispo County. Although I don’t have as many photos for this post, I think you’ll enjoy it nonetheless. First things first.
You know those little farm towns that seem to be scattered throughout random cities all over? I’m sure you do. On the central coast, there’s a small town called Arroyo Grande, and that’s our little farm land. Arroyo Grande, or as the locals call it “AG” (referred to as a nickname, and conveniently AG for Agriculture), is a small but charming little area.
It’s kind of funny, what people say is true. You don’t always appreciate things until they’re gone and you’ve lived without them. In this sense, I’m referring to my hometown in the San Luis Obispo County.
When crossing the border from Oregon into California, there resides a little town named Yreka. With a population less than eight thousand, many people haven’t heard of this little town.
Although it may seem that I have been absent on here recently, let me assure you that I’m not forgetting about posting on here, or intentionally leaving you hanging.
Quite the contrary.
It seems like a lot of you enjoyed my last playlist, so I’ve decided to do another!
You all know how much music speaks to me, so I think it’s really fun to share my monthly music faves with you, it’s like “back in the day” when you would be listening to a really great song, then would pop out one of your headphones and hand it to your friend, insisting that they listen.
Dark, cold, intriguing, a tad creepy.
These are just a few words to describe the historical preservation that is Fort Casey.
Desire for self improvement is never ending.
At least for women.
Summer is fast approaching, and since it’s inevitable that we’re all gonna need some music to listen to while we’re sitting beneath the trees soaking up the summer sun, I decided to throw together a little playlist!
I’m really excited about this months products, because the fashion is filled with skirts and dresses, and all the beauty products I’ve tried are animal cruelty free! That’s a huge deal to me and matters so much so I’m very excited to share them with you.
Let’s face it- that time of the month is never something us girls are excited about.
But imagine if you lived in a place where feminine products were nearly impossible to find-maybe even obsolete altogether.
It’s happened again. You forgot to bring that one thing from home. Or maybe you’re in a situation where that one thing you were considering buying at the store would have really come in handy at the moment.
For most aspiring bloggers, it’s easy to agree that we were all inspired by one influencer or another. I don’t think we really wake up one day, declaring that blogging will be our profession. I think that we’re lured there by the beauty of the lives that our favorite bloggers live.
I feel like I literally just wrote about my March favorites..
But, to quote Ferris Bueller, “Life moves pretty fast.”
So! Right now we’re going to be taking a look into all of my affordable fashion and beauty finds for the month of April.
Hello everyone, and welcome back!
Every time I begin a blog post and greet you guys, I read the welcome intro in a radio talk show host voice.
Does anyone else feel that way?
No? Okay, sorry…cause that’s probably the only way you’ll read it now.
Although it seems silly, this is a somewhat sensitive topic for me.
Hello Everyone! Guess what?! I just got back from Disneyland! It was such an amazing trip, and I can’t wait to share all the blog posts and videos with you all. For now, I’m going to give you the link to shop my beautiful rose gold ears!
Hello everyone! Today is not a typical blog post but more of a PSA.
I recently just learned about the Asian Beetle and thought I should share it with you all because as a dog owner, these little guys can hurt your pup and potentially cause serious health risks if left untreated.
Good morning lovelies! It’s been such a peaceful morning, another snowy day. Currently, Ava and I are cuddled up on the couch, surrounded by candles and listening to cozy music while watching the snowfall. I love mornings like these, when it’s so calm. There’s no rushing to get anywhere or any stress, just sitting back and remembering how sweet life is.
Assuming that this book is for women who are having a midlife crisis is jumping to conclusions and you need to hold on a sec.
They always say not to judge a book by its cover, so, ya know, don’t.
